Tracy has been in the fitness industry for over 27 years, owning her own business for 19 years. She has been certified to teach Pilates since 2004 and is Power Pilates Comprehensive Certified.
As the owner of the Body Firm Aerobics & Exercise Studio Tracey taught an array of group fitness classes.
She has experience with Step, Toning, Kickboxing, Physioball (Resist-a-ball), Hi/lo Aerobics, and more.
She has been certified to teach Pilates since 2004 and is Power Pilates Comprehensive Certified. She has an established clientele of private clients and also facilitates several group classes.
