Lisa finds that yoga really connects the mind and body in a way that makes you feel grounded and balanced. She completed her RYT 200 through Wild Wisdom Yoga in 2017. Since then, she has also been certified in A Barre Above and Barre Intensity for Barre classes.
Lisa is also certified in Power Pilates Mat 1 and Mat 2 and completed the Power Pilates Comprehensive training with us at the Providence Pilates Center. The smiles and sense of relaxation she sees in her students after class is the absolute best part of being an instructor.
When off the mat, she loves spending time with her family, including her dog, Sophie, and cats Johnnie and Jameson.
