At a young age, Katie was introduced to the magic of Pilates while training and performing with the State Ballet of Rhode Island.
Having enjoyed the strength, flexibility, and postural benefits, she continued practicing Pilates as a conditioning method for dancers.
Eager to expand her artistry and learn more about health and wellness, Katie received a BA in Dance and a BS in Exercise Science from Jacksonville University in Florida. Now having developed an even deeper appreciation for movement, Katie is excited to share her passion for Pilates with others.
In addition to Pilates and dance, Katie enjoys reading, cooking, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
