Pilates 101:
A 5-week course for Beginner students
These classes will help to prepare new students with the tools needed to successfully jump into an Open Level Small Group Class. If you are a beginner student or those students wishing to review the foundational movements on the Pilates Reformer, Tower and Mat.
Pilates 101

WHO
Beginner students, or those wishing to hone their Pilates technique at the beginner level.
Each class will hold a maximum number of students to give you plenty of time and attention! (3 in Providence, 4 in Cumberland.)

WHAT
Each class will progress from week to week with Pilates work on the Reformer, Tower and Mat in all sessions.

Our East Side Providence location, or our newest location in Cumberland, RI.

See our schedule below. You will commit to a set day/time for 5 weeks. Some times are already posted and other times can be created based on your need.
