Jessica Zabbo, Instructor

Growing up as a child who never felt aligned with traditional sports or athletics, Jessica discovered the transformative power of physical movement in her 20s and 30s by taking group exercise classes at local gyms. She excelled at creating accountability among her friends to exercise, so much so that several began affectionately calling her their “workout bully”. With their encouragement, she pursued her passion of becoming a Pilates instructor.

Today, as a certified Power Pilates Mat I & II instructor and Apparatus Apprentice, she creates an inviting, non-judgmental space where everybody can mindfully build strength, control, and flexibility—proving that it is never too late to fall in love with movement.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy & Management from Providence College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Her goal is to help her clients live longer, fuller, healthier lives through the practice of Pilates.

When she's not at the studio, she spends time assisting her husband at his longevity medicine practice, Anderson Longevity Clinic Rhode Island. Her hobbies outside of work include running, spending time with her three sons, and walking her goldendoodle puppy.
