Erin Cronin, Instructor

A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Erin was introduced to Pilates in 2013 after a brief hiatus from exercising due to having children and nagging sports injuries from knee surgery she had in her teens. She knew she needed more than what the gym and HIIT workouts had to offer and found it in Pilates. She realized that Pilates connects the physical, mental, and spiritual self by treating the body and mind as a single integrated system. As her practice evolved, her love for the classical system did as well, and she became an instructor - finishing the Power Pilates Comprehensive training program in 2019.

Erin became a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates in 2026. She regularly continues to further her education through workshops with Inelia Garcia, The Classical Syllabus with MeJo Wiggin, and Lesley Logan’s Classical Pilates mentorship program eLevate.

Erin has been a licensed radiologic technologist for more than 15 years and has a good understanding of human anatomy and has seen a fair amount of patients suffering from pain and injuries. As she teaches, she enjoys helping people feel stronger and encouraging them to work past their comfort levels to experience a sense of confidence in their movement and practice.

There is not a piece of equipment in the studio that she does not regularly enjoy using. Everything works together and complements each other, she says, and believes the Classical system can strengthen, align, and empower any body.
