Boomerang!

The Boomerang is one of my favorite exercises and it is one that you will frequently find in our Open Level mat classes. This exercise typically comes near the end of the session and is rather challenging as it involves Teaser, Roll Over, and Rowing (from the Reformer repertoire). A total body exercise for sure!! Typically we do 4 repetitions of this exercise, and when executed with precision.. 4 is enough!!! Check out the tutorial below and get ready for Boomerang in your next class or session!
