Kellie started taking pilates classes after her second child was born. She was struggling with continued issues to regain strength and flexibility. Kellie has a background in healthcare as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner. She completed the Power Pilates comprehensive certification program in order to bring her love of pilates to others.
During her own self practice she began to see significant changes in her physical abilities but also experiencing a strong emotional connection to her body.
Individuals need different methods to nurture and energize their bodies. Pilates has many benefits both physically and mentally. No matter where an individual is in their fitness journey Kellie believes that pilates will enhance your life for the better.
