Beth is a certified Personal Trainer. She is Pilates Mat 1/2 certified with Power Pilates in 2023.After an injury to a muscle in her back, Beth found that consistently doing Pilates helped to keep her core strong which helped with her chronic pain. She wants to help others find some relief from their pain through Pilates and movement. She is a mom and can be found most days running or hiking with her dog, Jersey. She loves to cook, garden and spend time with people who bring joy to her life.
